Description of the power plant
Ground-based solar power plant PV Plant Dibrovka is located in east part of Ukraine - Bobrynetskyi district, Kirovohradska region, Ukraine. The power plant is putted into operation on 2017 with installed capacity- 16.99 MW. Ltd "Ses Dibrovka" is a legal entity operating the power plant. It obtained the license for electricity generation on July 14, 2017 and permitted for the Feed-in-tariff in hryvnias equivalent of 15.03 eurocents starting from July 25, 2017.
